 | Courage Is...: The Secret Life of the American Teenager (visit this fanlisting?) I watch way too much TV, ask my family. I saw previews for this show, and thought it sounded rather "eh". Critics were calling it "a cross between 7th Heaven and Juno (2007)", Juno was one of my favorite movies of 2007, and I watched 7th Heaven rather religiously when I was younger, so I decided to check it out. I ended up watching ten minutes of the first episode and I wasn't impressed. Weeks later, (by episode three or four) I was flipping through the channels and Secret Life was on, so I decided to give it one last chance. I'm not sure what, but something clicked! I ended up realizing that the show was actually really good! It's a little preachy from time to time, but I can deal!
